A delegation from the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), led by Lieutenant Colonel JB Rusanganwa, visited the Air Force Headquarters on Thursday, 28 August 2025, as part of a study tour to strengthen bilateral military cooperation.

The team was received by Air Commodore Matthias Awuah and other senior officers. Presentations were delivered by Wing Commander Okyere and Squadron Leader Olagboye on the development, welfare, training, and career progression of Non-Commissioned Officers.

Lieutenant Colonel Rusanganwa, on behalf of the delegation, expressed appreciation and commended the Ghana Air Force for its strategic approach to NCO career development.
